One of the goals of the Rice Center for Voting is to restart the publication of the Journal of Election Technologies and Systems (JETS) in order to provide the voting research community with an avenue for publishing high-quality research across the voting domain.
Papers from the journal will come from original submissions, and from presentations at the Electronic Voting Technologies conference (EVT) that Rice Votes will also be restarting.
